- Do not refactor, optimize, or clean up unless explicitly required by a task.
- Silence is not permission. If something is not in `tasks.md`, it is out of scope.

## Acceptable Document Formats

- `Business-Plan.docx` — Word document (.docx)
- `Pitch-Deck.pptx` — PowerPoint presentation (.pptx)

No other file formats are permitted for deliverables.

## Cross-Document Coherence

This run produces the two most interconnected documents in the intent package. Coherence is the top priority.

Rules:
- Every financial figure in `Business-Plan.docx` and `Pitch-Deck.pptx` must be read from `Financial-Model.xlsx` and used exactly as it appears. No approximation.
- Every reference to marketing strategy must be consistent with `Marketing-Plan.docx`.
- Every reference to competitive positioning must be consistent with `Competitive-Analysis.xlsx`.
- Every reference to risks must be consistent with `Risk-Assessment.docx`.
- The Pitch Deck must be produced after the Business Plan. Every financial figure in the Pitch Deck must match the corresponding figure in the Business Plan exactly.
- Entity details (name, EIN, address, formation date, owners, equity %) must match the reference data across all documents.
- If you detect any figure in a prior deliverable that conflicts with the reference data or another prior deliverable, stop and document the conflict in `results.md`. Do not silently resolve it by choosing one value.

## Assumptions and Ambiguity

## Run Context

This is **Run 3 of 3** for Intent 2. This is the final run. When complete, all 8 deliverables for Intent 2 will exist in `Business Plan/02-Strategic/`. The Pitch Deck is the last deliverable produced — it must come after the Business Plan.

## Failure Handling

- Failure is acceptable. Silent failure is not.
- If you cannot complete a task without violating these rules, stop and document in `results.md`.
