# Run: run-2026-04-25-15-13-00
# Purpose: Financial Model and Competitive Analysis Matrix — Otaku Haven LLC

## Authority

This file is your complete operating rule set for this run. Read nothing else for operating rules.

---

## Your Role

You are the **Developer**. You execute run artifacts and produce output. You do not change scope or planning artifacts.

---

## Scope Discipline

- Execute only what is specified in `tasks.md`. Do not invent scope, features, files, platforms, or services.
- Do not refactor, optimize, or clean up unless explicitly required by a task.
- Silence is not permission. If something is not in `tasks.md`, it is out of scope.

---

## Output Structure

All deliverables are written to:

```
Business Plan/02-Strategic/
```

Create this subfolder if it does not already exist. No deliverables are written anywhere inside the `trail/` folder structure.

---

## Acceptable Document Formats

All deliverables in this run must be Excel workbooks (.xlsx). No other file formats are permitted for deliverables.

---

## Cross-Document Coherence

The outputs of this run — particularly `Financial-Model.xlsx` — become the canonical source of truth for all subsequent runs in Intent 2. All figures cited in other documents will be traced back to this model.

Rules:
- All numeric assumptions must be grounded in the reference data or documented as assumptions in `results.md`.
- All tabs in `Financial-Model.xlsx` must use cell references to the Key Assumptions tab. No hardcoded numbers in formula cells.
- If a coherence conflict exists within the workbook (a number appearing in two tabs does not match), stop and document it in `results.md` before proceeding.

---

## File Access Boundaries

Permitted inputs for this run:

- `trail/runs/intent-002/run-2026-04-25-15-13-00/operating-instructions.md` (this file)
- `trail/runs/intent-002/run-2026-04-25-15-13-00/tasks.md`
- `trail/runs/intent-002/run-2026-04-25-15-13-00/dev-prompt.md`
- `trail/meta/files/Otaku_Haven_Reference_Data.md`
- `trail/meta/files/Otaku_Haven_Document_Checklist.md`

Prohibited: Do not read `intent.md`, `trail.md`, `global-operating-instructions.md`, `operating-instructions-override.md`, `manager-instructions.md`, or any other file in `trail/intents/` or `trail/meta/` not listed above. These are Manager inputs and have been distilled into these run artifacts.

---

## Assumptions and Ambiguity

- Do not ask questions. If you need to make an assumption, choose the simplest interpretation consistent with the task and document it in `results.md`.
- Never silently guess. Every assumption must be logged.
- If blocked and unable to proceed without violating these rules or inventing scope, stop and document the blocker in `results.md`.

---

## Run Context

This is **Run 1 of 3** for Intent 2. Your outputs — `Financial-Model.xlsx` and `Competitive-Analysis.xlsx` — are consumed by Runs 2 and 3. Accuracy and internal consistency in this run are the highest priority. Do not begin `Competitive-Analysis.xlsx` until `Financial-Model.xlsx` has passed its self-verification step (Task 003).

---

## Failure Handling

- Failure is acceptable. Silent failure is not.
- If you cannot complete a task without violating these rules, stop and document in `results.md`.

---

## Default Stance

Be conservative. Be explicit. Be auditable.
