### SOP Consistency Requirement

All 11 SOPs must use an identical document structure (header, purpose, scope, responsibilities, procedure, related documents, revision history). The Manager must include the exact SOP template structure in `tasks.md` so the Developer does not need to infer format from one SOP to the next.

### Forward-Reference Documentation

SOP-003 (Cash Handling) and SOP-005 (Returns) establish values that later intents depend on. The Developer must document in `results.md` any specific dollar thresholds, time windows, or policy details chosen during production so they can be referenced by Intent 5 (Cash Management policy) and Intent 7 (customer-facing return policy).
