## Rules
- This file is **policy only**. No task lists, no scope, no deliverables.
- It becomes immutable once execution begins.
- Overrides apply to this intent only — they do not change global policy.
- If a rule here conflicts with global operating instructions, this file wins.

## Overrides
### Run Sequencing Guidance
This intent contains 8 highly interconnected deliverables. The Manager should strongly consider splitting this intent into multiple runs to maintain cross-document coherence:
- The Financial Model establishes the canonical numbers. It should be produced before any document that references financial figures.
- Narrative documents (Business Plan, Executive Summary) and the Pitch Deck reference the Financial Model and should be produced after it.
- The Manager must identify in `tasks.md` which prior run deliverables the Developer must read before producing each document.
This is guidance for the Manager's planning, not a constraint on the Developer.
