## Rules

- This file is **policy only**. No task lists, no scope, no deliverables.
- It becomes immutable once execution begins.
- Overrides apply to this intent only — they do not change global policy.
- If a rule here conflicts with global operating instructions, this file wins.

## Overrides

### Brand Voice Enforcement

All customer-facing documents in this intent (Privacy Policy, Loyalty Terms, Return Policy, Website Terms, Social Media Guidelines, Community/Events Plan) must use language consistent with the Brand Style Guide produced in Intent 1. The Manager must instruct the Developer to read the Brand Style Guide and apply its tone of voice guidelines when writing these documents. Legal precision is required where applicable, but the default voice should be approachable and community-oriented — not corporate legalese.

### Cross-Intent Coherence Verification

The Return/Exchange Policy is the highest-risk coherence document in this intent. The Manager must explicitly task the Developer to read SOP-005 (Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds) from Intent 4 and ensure every policy detail matches. Any discrepancy must be documented in results.md — the Developer must not silently adjust the customer-facing version to differ from the SOP.
